Delivery Dates

Cancellation Deadlines & Conditions

  • As a general rule, we do not accept order cancellations for customer reasons.
  • If the customer does not receive the merchandise after it has been shipped from our store and returned to us, we will refund the merchandise price and cancel the order. Please understand this in advance.
  • In such cases, please note that the customer will also be responsible for the costs incurred for delivery (shipping, return shipping, and handling).

RETURNS & EXCHANGES


Return Deadlines & Conditions

  • We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer reasons after an order has been completed.
  • If the delivered product appears damaged or defective, or if you receive an item different from your order, we will replace the product.
  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product using our inquiry form.
  • We cannot accept exchanges of products that have been received 8 days after delivery or due to customer's reasons such as wrong order.
  • In case of damage or defect, please send us a picture of the item before returning it to us.
  • If photos cannot confirm the damage or defect, we may not be able to accept the replacement. Please understand this in advance.
  • We may refund the product price if the product is out of stock or if a replacement is unavailable.
  • Customers who wish to return or exchange an item must contact us in advance to request a return or exchange.
  • If an item is returned to us without prior notification, we will refuse the return or exchange. Please understand this in advance.

  • Cooling-off is a system to protect consumers in door-to-door sales, telemarketing sales, etc.

Exchange & Return Conditions

  • Due to the nature of our products, we will check the status of returns and exchanges when the customer contacts us in advance. Depending on the contents, we may not be able to accept returns or exchanges.

  • Initial defects after the specified number of days have elapsed from product arrival.
  • The color, shape, or other appearance of the product is different from the image.
