Was on the look out for a smaller Gyuto but with some weight/power behind it and with White 1 and a Kurouchi finish. I have a 210mm Gyuto that's a slicer so I wanted more power and I got it with this purchase and that White 1 sharpens up so easily.

The Ko bocho 105mm Ginsan silver knife has impressed me with its quality and balance. It is a pleasure to use and has become one of my favorites. I'm really enjoying this knife, it's rapidly becoming one of my favorite knives. It's very agile and just the right size for small slicing and chopping tasks. Iniitially, it wasn't very sharp out of the box, but it sharpened up nicely and so far, is holding a razor edge well.
It's a beautiful little knife as well. I believe it was quite a bargain for a knife of this high quality.

We bought a chef’s knife from their store in Kyoto. We liked it so much we bought a nakiri knife from them online. Surprisingly it arrived in 3 days and it was free shipping! These knives are dangerously sharp. As we only had them for a short time, don’t know yet how well they keep an edge.
